REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

A copy of stamped Tenancy Agreement or Sales & Purchase Agreement is required if Member Type is Elemen Condo Owner or Elemen Condo Tenant.
Please enclose a valid utility bill (e.g., water, electricity, or internet bill) issued within the last 2 months to verify your eligibility. The name on the utility bill must match the applicant's name, and the address must correspond to a unit in Elemen Condo. Ensure the document is clear and includes the full name, address, and date of issue.

Management reserves the right to alter and amend terms and conditions and entitlements.

The membership fee is RM 3,000 for a one-year period.
A rebate of RM 1,500 will be granted for each successful referral of a new member, up to 2 referrals.
The rebate will be applied after the referred member has paid the full membership fee.
This membership is for one child only and is non-transferable.
Membership benefits and access are subject to the indoor playground's policies, terms, and fair use policies.
The membership fee is non-refundable.
