REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

  1. A copy of stamped Tenancy Agreement or Sales & Purchase Agreement is required if Member Type is Elemen Condo Owner or Elemen Condo Tenant.
  2. Please enclose a valid utility bill (e.g., water, electricity, or internet bill) issued within the last 2 months to verify your eligibility. The name on the utility bill must match the applicant's name, and the address must correspond to a unit in Elemen Condo. Ensure the document is clear and includes the full name, address, and date of issue.

Terms & Conditions of Membership Application

Management reserves the right to alter and amend terms and conditions and entitlements.

  • The membership fee is RM 3,000 for a one-year period.
  • A rebate of RM 1,500 will be granted for each successful referral of a new member, up to 2 referrals.
  • The rebate will be applied after the referred member has paid the full membership fee.
  • This membership is for one child only and is non-transferable.
  • Membership benefits and access are subject to the indoor playground's policies, terms, and fair use policies.
  • The membership fee is non-refundable.
